1. When making a reservation online, do you charge a fee?
No, we do not charge a fee for making a booking. You will pay only at the time of pick-up the car.
2. Where can I pick-up the car?
You can pick-up the car anywhere. We bring you the car to you location, your address, your hotel, at the airport…; just write us where you need the car and we will bring it there.
3. Why do you charge a fee for pick-up and drop-off in other cities then Bucharest?
As we are located in Bucharest and we do not have offices in other cities, we must bring the car to your location from Bucharest, so the rental charge will be higher.
4. Can I take a car from Cars4Rent if I do not have a reservation?
If you do not have an online booking, the only posibility to rent a car from us is to come to our office or call us. Our address is 1D, Drumul Odaii Street, Otopeni inside Hotel Charter Otopeni.
5. Are unlimitted mileage included in the rates?
Yes, the rates include unlimited mileage.
6. All your cars have the logo?
No, our cars do not have the logo, it is just in the pictures.
7. Do the rates include TVA?
Yes.
8. What is the tax for additional driver?
For each additional driver there is a tax of 5 euro/day.
9. Can we rent a GPS with the car ?
Yes. The rate for GPS is 5 euros/day.
10. Can you rent a child seat ? How much it will cost ?
Child seat is free of charge. All you have to do is to tell us in your comments that you need a child seat and the age of the child.
